1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Ryvl application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Ryvl. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Ryvl offers auto-renewing subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) with a 3-day free trial.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Ryvl uses artificial intelligence to generate physique scores, dream body visualizations, workout plans, and nutrition recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated scores and images are for motivational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or fitness advice.
  • Dream body visualizations are AI-generated approximations and do not guarantee specific results.
  • You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
  • Ryvl is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from following AI-generated plans.

5. User-Generated Content

Photos you upload to Ryvl are stored securely and are never shared publicly, sold, or used for purposes other than providing you with the App's services (physique scoring and dream body visualization). You retain ownership of all photos you upload.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page or contact Apple directly. Ryvl does not process payments or refunds directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users or Ryvl staff.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryvl and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
